You know how the saying goes, out of sight - out of mind. So when it comes to your vitamins and supplements routine keep them in sight to ensure you're not missing out on that daily dose of goodness.

I always find it more motivating to be inspired by the container, especially if it is going to be sitting out on your kitchen counter every day.
