3 Ingredient Vegan Gluten Free Pancakes

Great for baby led weaning.

The Ingredient Line-Up

  • 1/4 Cup Oat Flour (If you don't have oat flour but have steel cut oats or old-fashioned rolled oats then just put them in a blender or food processor until they are ground nice and fine)
  • 2 Tablespoons Applesauce (Check out my easy applesauce recipe here)
  • 1/4-1/2 Fresh Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Water

The Recipe To-Do

  • In a bowl mash the banana with a fork
  • Mix in the applesauce
  • Add in a sprinkle of cinnamon if you want
  • Mix in the oat flour
  • Add the water until you get a pancake mix consistency
  • Heat up a griddle or nonstick pan and coat with coconut oil (or any that you are comfortable with)
  • Pour the batter onto the pan when hot and cook on each side for a few minutes
