3 Ingredient Vegan Gluten Free Pancakes
Great for baby led weaning.
The Ingredient Line-Up
- 1/4 Cup Oat Flour (If you don't have oat flour but have steel cut oats or old-fashioned rolled oats then just put them in a blender or food processor until they are ground nice and fine)
- 2 Tablespoons Applesauce (Check out my easy applesauce recipe here)
- 1/4-1/2 Fresh Banana
- 1/4 Cup Water
The Recipe To-Do
- In a bowl mash the banana with a fork
- Mix in the applesauce
- Add in a sprinkle of cinnamon if you want
- Mix in the oat flour
- Add the water until you get a pancake mix consistency
- Heat up a griddle or nonstick pan and coat with coconut oil (or any that you are comfortable with)
- Pour the batter onto the pan when hot and cook on each side for a few minutes
